Search Product Manager / Online / Usability / London / 80K Package

Search Product Manager with a proven ability of working on online facing projects/products is required by a leading international online organisation. You should have an understanding of consumer behaviour and product requirements definition within search. Familiarity with web technology, software development and usability would also be a bonus and would help your application. You must also have a proven track record of project management and leading complex projects. As you have to drive strategy for the search department, any product launches experience within this area would be a bonus as would search experience within a European environment, however these are not essential.

This is a fantastic product manager role for a fantastic online focused organisation. The key part of the role will be responsible for the planning, specification and implementation of new improvements to my client's sites, online search portals and products. Your role will be to take ownership of the operations of the Search Business. This includes product offerings, upgrades, operational improvements and performance. You will provide product requirement analysis, performance and testing. This is a European role therefore you will be responsible for online product launches both in the UK and abroad.
Principal duties include:

•Work with development teams to implement and plan products
•Develop and define new functions and features to existing online products and systems
•Liaise with the Commercial Teams to gather business requirements
•Work with the Development and User Experience Team to influence site design and content

My client is looking to pay a starting salary of between 55 – 65K + Benefits + Bonus (Package worth 80K).
