Service Desk Manager - Helpdesk - Derby - Derbyshire A market leading company based in Derbyshire require a Service Desk Manager to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for direct management of a small but growing team in the provision of continued first class service. You will be an experienced Service Desk Manager ideally from a Blue Chip organisation, have considerable management experience and be able to offer commentary on results and achievement in relation to the roles you have held previously, specifically pertaining to First Time Fix and Call Answer rates, budgetary responsibility and innovation regarding current working methods/ processes and infrastructure. You will have a significant number of years experience within the field of I.T., be ITIL qualified to practitioner level and have operated or currently be operating within a fast paced organisation although flexibility will be given dependant on experience, be a confident and effective communicator at all levels and be commercially aware.
