Housing Product Consultant - Quality Assurance and Testing

£20k - £30k + Excellent Benefits (Great pension, health care, holidays, etc)

DKM IT are currently recruiting for a candidate with a background within Social Housing to act in a quality assurance & data testing capacity. Our local authority client is looking for an individual who has worked with social housing information, either in a testing, application support, or even a housing officer/super-user capacity. You will be responsible for re-engineering business processes so that data flows more efficiently through our clients housing system. You will also be responsible for testing this data to ensure its quality on a continual basis, as well as making suggestions for improvements. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a very forward thinking organisation. The ideal candidate will have worked with one or more social housing management systems such as Northgate Sx3, Capita Academy, Orchard ArcHouse, Civica Universal/CTX, Aareon QL, IBS Open Housing, and/or Anite OHMS, etc. Any experience querying data with SQL or an ISEB qualification in testing would also be highly advantageous.
