Leading Telco is urgently is urgently seeking a IPBX (PBX) Architect / IPBX (PBX) Consultant (OSS / BSS) - IP Centrex with a Strong understanding of mobile billing, OSS and BSS.

You will be responsible to ensure design and delivery of IT capability in support of an IP Centrex project. The project needs to ensure IT systems are designed and in place to support the set-up, use, pay, stop and help aspects of a customer facing product delivery.

Senior / Lead Architect experience at an international level. Strong leadership skills coupled with exposure of managing internal and external activities. Experience of Billing, Network Management / Service Design and IT tools and Systems.

Industry experience of vendors, industry trends, technology BSS, OSS architecture and systems design for fixed line Leadership experience Background working for system integrators such as Alcatel, ATOS, Cap Gemini. Designing OSS/BSS - customising and optimising for fixed network. Recent design of IP fixed networks - ideally IP Centrex.
