Web Developer – ASP/ASP.net/VB – Nottingham


Web Developer with good knowledge of ASP and ASP.net for a Nottingham based company. You will be working on ASP systems but in the long term you will be working on ASP.net systems. The successful candidate will also be required to work with SQL server and Access 2000/2003. This next generation company has developed all the website functions in house and is looking for someone to assist with the management of the websites.

If successful you would be involved in the maintenance, development (future and ongoing) and support of the websites.

Other key skill for this role include; VB, Javascript, SQL, VBscript, XML and an understanding of online payment systems especially NetBanx.

There are also several skill that are not essential but would be a great advantage for this web development role; HTML, CSS, Microsoft IIS, SQL server maintenance, SEO knowledge and some knowledge or experience of working with Graphics.
