Position: Embedded Software / Systems Engineer Salary: £25-40,000 Location: Barrow, Cumbria, Carlisle, Lake District 


This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UKs leading defence engineering companies working on high profile complex projects delivering innovative and effective solutions to customer requirements. You’ll be involved in the Full Lifecycle of the product form requirement capture and concept through to In-Life Support. Working as part of a multi-disciplined team, your responsibilities will include: ·Software Development in a variety of languages including Visual Basic, C, LabView ·Concept Hardware and Software development of Serial Interfaces, CAN, USB, Analogue Control, and Digital I/O ·Trials Preparation and Support including Data Collection and Analysis ·DFM activities inc preparation of software for test equipment ·Creation, Development and support of Databases (MS Access) ·Creation, modification and review of Software development and management plans If you are interested in this position, please send an up to date
