Position: Head of Systems and Software Engineering Salary: £50-70,000 + Excellent Bens Location: Bedford, Milton Keynes, Luton, Stevenage 

You’ll be joining a global organisation in a pivotal position working as a key member of the Engineering Leadership Team tasked with creating a functional organisation structure and driving forward the engineering vision and strategy. As the Head of Systems and Software Engineering, you’ll have total responsibility for the management of systems & software resources, processes and quality of specified projects and functional areas. Key Responsibilities ·Development and Execution of Engineering plans across all phases of the lifecycle ·Chairing Project Lifecycle reviews ·Management of the Engineering content of Sub-Contracts ·Ensuring all Design and Development work is carried out within defined and agreed structured and methodologies Key competencies ·A proactive motivator and team builder ·Ability to successfully achieve and exceed Budget and timescale targets ·A Deep understanding of Development Lifecycles and Methodologies Key Technical Competencies ·Architecture Frameworks inc DoDAF, MoDAF, Zachman ·Mathematical Modelling ·Dynamic Modelling and Simulation ·Defence Experience including Network Enabled Capability If you are interested in this position, please send an up to date CV
