Fantastic opportunity for a Helpdesk/Desktop 1st line Support-Begium-French/Dutch sp/junior to increase his /her skills within a very large organisation in Belgium The successful Helpdesk/Desktop 1st line Support-Begium-French/Dutch sp/junior will have to have a general knowledge of: OS's: NT, XP, Windows 2000 in a bussines enviroment -Hardware: Pc's, printers, modems, multifunictionals (fax/copier/printer in one), ...- Ms Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Acces)- printing. The Helpdesk/Desktop 1st line Support-Begium-French/Dutch sp/junior will have a Basic knowledge of: networking (LAN, RAS, ADSL, SDSL, wireless...), internet, internet explorer, backups, anti-virussoftware (Symantec). The knowlege of Citrix, Mainframe, Radia, VoIP, Active Directory will be a big plus. Further on there are some specific applications, in wich the client will train the Helpdesk/Help desk/Desktop 1st line Support-Begium-French/Dutch sp/junior in insurance applications, Rightfax, faxing throug Outlook, Support Magic (tool to register the calls), Netop (a software to connect to other pc's). The successful Helpdesk/Desktop 1st line Support will have to be able to take calls in Dutch and French (MANDATORY), to analyse the problems and solve 70% of them. You have to make calls of these problems coming from the Users e-mails. You have to be verry flexible; you have to work in shifts and take calls of different companies during the whole day.Ideally the successful Helpdesk/Desktop 1st line Support have a junior experience (1 à 2 years experience) in helpdesk support. Good knowledge of Dutch and French.
