The essentials needed to succeed in this position include application design skills, SQL, schema design and OO. The perfect candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage a project from beginning to finish with speed and efficiency. Essential skills are OO Language such as PHP, C++ or Java. Knowledge with Zend Framework, Design Patterns, Feature Driven Development and Refactoring are the desirables. Experience of NIX environment, administering mySQL or PostGres.
