1st/2nd line support analyst - Stockport - Upto £20,000. I am recruiting for a technical support engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line support on an in house service desk. The company is a provider of RFID systems in the UK. The role invovles providing telephone based and remote support for bespoke software applications and hardware systems aswell as standard software packages such as windows. The service desk will encounter a wide variety of work. The role will also involve getting involved in on site installations, builds adn sales enquires on ad hoc occasions.
