This well established IT company is looking for Support Analysts to join there 2nd line team.
The successful candidate requires strong experience providing 2nd line support and strong experience providing server support and infrastructure support, ideally supporting multiple servers for multiple clients on various sites.
All candidates require a strong understanding of web site technology and server management and strong skills troubleshooting Microsoft server.
Additionally strong support and troubleshooting skills in the areas of Active Directory, IIS, DNS and SQL is needed.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with Veritas netbackup technologies, have a technical certification (MCSE, MCP etc) and have a good knowledge of ITIL. Previous client facing experience would also be beneficial
The role is a shift based role, you will work a variation of shifts from 8am - 8pm and 8pm - 8am, you will receive a shift allowance for this but this is a shift role.
Excellent communication skills is a must, both verbally and written along with a good telephone manner.
