This well known blue chip organisation is looking for a SAP CTC (CUSTOMER TO CASH) Solution Specialist.
The successful candidate first and foremost requires expert knowledge in the SAP SD module, strong hands on configuration and strong support experience. Additionally similar experience in the SAP LE module would also be ideal. A strong project based background would be ideal and all candidates need to have completed full life cycle implementations.
We would ideally like to find a technically experienced support person who understands how the various Sales and Distribution components work together and how they integrate with other parts of the SAP solution.
The successful candidate will work closely with the rest of the Functional Team, together with the relevant Process Teams and with the extended SAP and business teams. For each Process area, responsibilities include:
•Work with the offshore functional support and development teams to co-ordinate and resolve support issues within service levels.
•Follow-up with the business to ensure that support issues are tested and resolved to their satisfaction.
•Co-ordinate support issues and on-going project requirements to prevent duplication between support and project teams.
•Identify, evaluate and document business requirements.
•Define, design and document the “To Be” business processes for the Customer to Cash process area for EAME.
•Map the business requirements to SAP to determine detailed design of SAP and non-SAP system solutions.
•Configure the SAP technical solution.
Any experience working previously with FMCG companies would be advantageous as is any tea lead experience.
The role is predominantly fixed location but occasional travel may be required.
