Leading BPO is looking for a Data Analyst to provide analytical input into the development of comparative data for the scorecard function of our client. Work with the Scorecard Product Lead to identify and assess potential data sources. Liaise with stakeholders to develop / agree comparative quality indicators to be derived from those sources. We are looking for an analyst and not an IT process consultant.(ie analyst or analytical not developer or technical)

Manage the further development and maintenance of a subset (relating to portfolio of clinical topics) of the indicators published.

Knowledge of health issues and the NHS particularly NHS data sets. Rigorous and highly focused analytical skills – including interpretation and presentation of data. Strong knowledge and experience of applying a range of statistical techniques. Good communication and written skills to support in particular stakeholder management. Excellent MS-Excel skills

Experience of liaising with stakeholders in a sensitive / political environment
SQL skills
MS-Access skills
SAS / SPSS experience
