Test Manager - EMC / Electromagnetic Compatability Testing BASINGSTOKE Circa £40k-£50k Permanent This role is with one of our large blue-chip clients and will involve working on Ministry of Defence projects. The role is part of a small team and its responsibilities include: - High level and low level design review test input. - Project level test planning against special projects test strategy and project Integrated, Test, Evaluation and Acceptance Process. - Input to the configuration and change management processes. - Environmental and EMC planning, execution monitoring and results review across all projects. - Management of testing for a specific project. - Provide cross project input and advice into Environmental and EMC test planning, execution and reporting. To be a successful applicant, you must be degree qualified in Computing, Engineering or Sciences or another qualification with experience. You must have previous experience in providing Environmental and EMC testing expertise ideally in the MoD or Automotive industries. You must also have previous team leadership or management of testing experience within an IT or computer based system delivery. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills are also key. Experience in directly leading or managing testing to deliver the testing elements of projects is essential. The employer offers an excellent benefits package.
