Hands-on technical support and team management for a senior desktop / 1st and 2nd line support analyst within Investment Bank.
Having provided trade floor and or desktop support within the financial services industry previously you will have a good working knowledge of market data feeds such as Reuters and Bloomberg as well as general Office XP (Office 2007 advantage), Outlook and general office hardware troubleshooting skills.
Other than providing a technical point of escalation for difficult technical problems you will project manage desktop projects, develop and recruit staff, manage vendor relationships and negotiate SLAs.
