Lead Business Analyst to join leading financial services organisation.

Salary- 43K-52K
Business Analyst you will work independently on both business based and IT related change projects. Planning and managing your own activities (to an agreed analysis approach) you will accurately assess and effectively communicate the impact of business, operational and technical change as well as adhering to the governance process underpinning the clients project delivery lifecycle. Reporting to a Business Analysis Manager or Programme manager you will provide an up to date view of the resource utilisation and requirements for projects and programmes worked on. You will engage in process analysis & modelling and work through the acceptance phase of projects following up on any process change or training requirements. As part of the project life cycle you will provide a critical input to project feasibility, benefits management, requirements ownership and post implementation support.

You should come to the role with experience of structured approach to your work – probably borne out of delivering solutions within larger scale companies.
