We require a Technical Support Analyst to help support various applications primarily with SQL Server 2000 experience including administration and with an awareness if possible of HTTP type applications like intranet/extranet applications and W2003 operating system. . Skills/experience: You will possess ideally 5 years technical support experience with strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills. SQL Server 2000 administration experience Support experience, MCSE or MSP or similar certifications Any knowledge of ITIL You will work in a team that provides service delivery support and resolves various business systems and application problems on standard, specialised and complex systems. You will be responsible for supporting a Managed Service to internal customers. This service is based on the delivery and analysis of performance reports of monitored business applications. Candidates will be required to undergo security clearance for this role.
