This is a great opportunity for an Account Manager to join this leading company involved in the improvement of business by people performance, sales acceleration and marketing programs.
You will:-
Define the scope and costings of both existing and new client projects and assist in developing solutions and writing proposals as required, effectively planning the project delivery in terms of deadlines, contingencies, costs and identify delivery efficiencies, ensure the effective implementation of project plans and prepare quarterly review and evaluation information on the effectiveness of a project
You will be running client meetings, including regular programme reviews and identifying opportunities to develop existing client business, providing added value advice and recommendations. You will gain a working knowledge of the clients' business and issues facing their industry sector and take action to build strategic relationships to help achieve business goals whilst always taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge in the business improvement and people performance sector and will have a provable track record of successful client relationship building. An impeccable communicator with excellent client facing skills is required.
