Having already doubled the size of our company within the last 12 months we are now looking for a senior recruitment professional to head up all contract recruitment within the company. The successful candidate will expand our growing contracts division and play an integral part in ensuring the future growth of the business. The role will involve targeting and developing new business and management of established contract accounts. The opportunity will involve recruiting new consultants into the contracts team as the division grows. You will already be working within IT or engineering recruitment for a minimum of 3 years and will have a primary focus on contract recruitment business. You will either be a managing a team of contract consultants responsible for delivery of quarterly and annual revenue targets or you are a senior contracts consultant with a successful track record of new business generation and delivery looking to take the next step in your career. Any experience of recruiting, training or mentoring recruitment consultants very desirable. To accompany this exciting new role we are offering a very competitive basic salary + gaurantees + car allowance of upto £10,8000 + quarterly bonus + clear career progression to Director level, all providing a realistic opportunity to earn in excess of £115,000 per annumm + company share options.
