CUSTOMER SERVICE / CALL CENTRE ADVISORS - FINANCIAL SERVICES Role to be permanently based in Surrey however will start in central London (the city) therefore candidates must be willing to commute to both locations.
Excellent opportunity for a highly organised, productive and flexible customer service advisor who enjoys working within a busy, pressurised team environment.
You must have outstanding communication skills and an upbeat attitude coupled with fantastic attention to detail.
Preferably you will come from a background in Financial Services with experience in a customer services and/or a call centre environment. Candidates will be required to answer in-coming queries from customers including basic advice and assistance on policies.
