Sales territory can be expected to include England and Wales, this is a home based role with significant travel to client sites. Leading the sale but also supported by Consultants, Bid Management and Direct Marketing support.
The ideal candidate will have Professional Sales Experience with evidence of training and successful achievement of targets. Particular emphasis will be placed upon the ability to create and win new business and previous experience in this area is essential, as is market knowledge of Social Care. You will be highly a motivated, self starting individual with a whatever it takes attitude. You should be skilled at overcoming objections, negotiating and closing the sale. Experience, familiarity and ability to understand and clearly articulate knowledge of business improvement and efficiency in a service setting and be articulate in both verbal and written communication is also of high importance.
The following is desirable:
Public Sector sales experience including contacts and experience in completing tenders and the OJEU bid process to the Social Care sector.
Knowledge and practical experience of the Social Care Sector.
Delivery of professional sales presentations, up to Board level.
Able to efficiently use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint).
