Key Responsibility Areas
•Reaching sales goals as set by management. •Maintain high level of product and vendor knowledge •Prospecting for new business, preparing/presenting proposals and maintaining existing relationships. •Perform sales and technical discussions with potential clients, presentations and preparation of documents in order to increase revenue for the company. •Identifying and developing new business and clients through networking, courtesy and follow up calls to new account holders and cold calling. •Reviewing progress and identifying opportunities for further sales and areas for new development •Understanding Customers' business needs and applying knowledge of the company's products to meet those needs.
Qualifications Required
•Proven track record of sales performance against revenue goals •Educated in sales methodologies. e.g. Miller Heiman, Holden, Acclivus, TAS •Solution Selling background – IT Services •Large Account Management (mapping, influencer, decision maker identification etc) •Understanding of global, distributed delivery mechanism – Offshoring/Outsourcing •Experience with Pricing, Costing, Financial models •Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to enable goal achievement •Excellent communication & social skills •Must demonstrate flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments •Proposal writing imagination & ability to translate complex technical concepts to business terms • Should have sold Apps services
• Primarily selling offshore services
• Added Exp in managing relationships and developing additional business from existing customers
• Should be able to identify new opportunities, put together a value proposition, run with the pursuit until closure
