Job Description:

ATM Technical Support Engineer - Dartford - upto £25,000 + overtime + car. I am looking for a technical support engineer to prvide 1st line support joining a team on a helpdesk. The role involves diagnosing faults on service calls and providing 1st line support via email and telephone. It also involves esculating calls to Field Engineers in more complex cases. The successful candidate will come from an engineering background and have experience of fault finding and repair of ATM kit.
