Key Activities § Problem determination and root cause analysis § Working with 3rd party providers in resolving technical issues § Tracking and managing problem escalations using industry standard call tracking system and implementing root cause fixes with suppliers § Support of existing infrastructure § Change and Release Management § Upgrade of infrastructure Technical Skills Vignette Application Portal BEA Web Logic Vignette Content Management Dynamic Portal Module (DPM) LDAP Sun Directory Server preferred Release/build management – knowledge in ANT / J Unit Desirable Oracle DBA Performance testing skills i.e. loadrunner Exposure to software support processes within commercial environment
