We require a VMWare Consultant to be based on a client site in Canary Wharf.
Project: The client has a system upgraded and migrated based on Windows and Linux onto VMware and a C-Class Blade based Systems and CA-EVA8100s. This will form the basis of a Disaster Recovery Solution. We are involved in developing the project plan and have conducted a technical documentation review. Their core IT recovery service plan is based on VMware and CA-EVA8100 on two sites.
Hence the client requires a VMware expert to bolster their team in refining their IT procedures and generally assisting in their Vmware environments.
The role will require hands on skills and procedural writing.
Core activities will be providing VMware expertise in workshops and recommending best practise for specific internal procedures.
Please note this role is for 2-3 days a week for a duration of 2 months initially.
