Job Title: Head of IS Customer Services Salary: £60,000-£70,000 Location: Southampton

As the Head of IS Customer Services you will be responsible for delivering an effective IS Infrastructure where you will be providing full end to end service delivery of a broad range of complex technology solutions. Reporting to the Director of IS and in conjunction with the Head of Development you will help formulate and deliver IS strategy in support of the organisation's business plans.
You will be:
An energetic and driven IT professional with a passion for structured service excellence disciplines, such as ITIL. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills and you will have a thorough appreciation of the operational impact of all systems, and be able to inspire and motivate your teams to deliver exceptional IT Services. Fully accountable for the management and operation of the underlying IT infrastructure and all associated resources, you will possess hands on technical skills coupled with Senior Management experience of defining IT Strategies and reporting into Directors.
Your accountability for IS Infrastructure will of course extend into ensuring the security and integrity of information assets at all times and the delivery of robust Business Continuity and DR capabilities.
You will have excellent references and business acumen and be ready to take on this challenging opportunity.
