Currently implementing a HR solution on SAP, this is a new requirement for you to join the EPM Programme as a SAP EIC Consultant and deliver on business requirement and provide support post go live.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To work in a team to achieve defined Service Level targets.
Provide expert consultancy and advice in relation to Employee Interaction Centre (EIC)
Provide fit for purpose systems, solutions and processes in conjunction with the methodology adopted by the EPM programme.
Attend workshops to assist in programme delivery
Follow appropriate processes and standards
Liaise with other consultants, developers and the customer to capture requirements
Liaise with consultants, developers and the customer for problem resolution
Provide knowledge transfer / training to assist in programme delivery
Provide post go live support
Essential Experience/Skills:
Experience as SAP EIC Consultant
At least 1 year full EIC lifecycle project
Completion of multiple CRM implementations
Deep technical configuration experience required
Knowledge of SAP HR would be advantageous
Desired Experience/Skills Government
