Templeton & Partners, on behalf of a top 4 IT Consultancy based in Germany are currently looking for a Test Manager/Test Lead for a contract.
The successful candidate will:
-Manage test designs, test execution and test reporting
-Manage a team of 30
-Specification of test strategy and test concepts
-Plan and manage test team members and their utilization
-Have budget responsibility
-Management reporting, board meeting attendance
Essential skills:
-Extensive experience as test manager, test coordinator or team leader
-A minimum of 3 years experience working on large scale projects
-Extensive experience working in a test automation in reational and mercury environment
-Strong leadership
-Siebel order Management skills
-MUST be fluent in German – speaking, reading and writing
