Lead Business Analyst – Oracle HR, London with travel to south Wales. ( BA, business analyst, government, HR, oracle, e-business, shared services, oracle HRMS , BA, government, public sector, )
Skills (Mandatory)
•Must have a working knowledge of a Shared Services or Contact Centre operation. •Must have a detail understanding of human resources business processes, specifically: oEmployee Records Management. oAbsence Management. oBenefits Management. •Must have demonstrable experience and hand on working knowledge of Oracle e-business suite 11.5.10, specifically: oOracle HCM (formerly Oracle HRMS). oOracle Employee & Manager Self Service (SSHR). In terms of deriving solutions to support the business processes listed above. •Understand Oracle Terminology and their application: oPosition and Supervisor Hierarchies. oDFF – Descriptive Flexfields. oEIT – Extra Information Types. oPersonlisation – Configuration – Customisation. oUse of Dataloads and Web-ADi. oApproaches to Oracle data migration. •Possess business analysis and process mapping skills. •Possess business process problem identification and resolution. •Ability to define and articulate business requirements to Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) standards; specifically oBR.030 Functional Requirements (Create). oBR.010 GAP Analysis (Review only). oMD.050 Technical Specification (Review only). oBR.100 Oracle Configuration (Review only). •Understanding and end-to-end experience of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC); specifically the steps of: oRequirements Definition. oUser Acceptance Testing. oPilot Operations.
Skills
•Exposure to PRINCE2 project methodology. •Exposure to wider Oracle e-business suite modules: oOracle iExpenses. oOracle User Productivity Kit (UPK). •Exposure to 6 Sigma
Experience
•Experience of working on large scale business change projects involving HR. •Experience of working with the Oracle ebusiness Suite HRMS application (minimum 2 implementations). •Experience of working with the Oracle ebusiness suite Self Service applications (minimum 1 implementation).
Key Responsibilities - Primary Role
•Work alongside the Wfm Programmes business projects to identify requirements for Shared Services HR operations •Plan and organise, in conjunction with other project team members, the necessary logistics around Solution Design Team's workshops and sessions. •Ensure consistent application of Oracle HRMS and associated ebusiness suite modules is undertaken in terms of configuration in relation to the service process design.
