Desktop team lead/desktop manager required to lead a small team of 5 desktop support analysts. Leading by example this is a hands on technical role with a split of 50% technical desktop support and 50% management and project management.
With a background in 1st/2nd line support within financial services (ideally investment banking/investment services/hedge funds etc) you will be used to providing and ensuring top level, fast and efficient desktop support.
Responsibilities include;
•Ensuring delivery of quality 1st/2nd line support
•Project management of any desktop projects
•Negotiaite and review SLAs
•Staff development, training
•Vendor negotiation and management
Technical skills required;
•Microsoft Office XP and ideally Office 2007
