Systems Development Manager – Leeds

My client is a leading organisation based in Leeds and currently has an opening for a Systems Development Manager with Project Management experience to drive forward their technology which is key to their long term growth strategy.

You shall be responsible for contributing to and overseeing the development of their systems, oversee the maintenance of current systems, look after the testing and deployment phases of the SDLC, oversee analysis of end user needs and ensure applications are developed to the highest quality.

You shall be responsible for the management of a team of developers and testers, spread across several offices, so any candidates that have managed remotely would be highly desirable.
You should have a track record of man management, and delivery of software to deadlines and timescales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, and Project Management experience would be highly desirable.

This is not specifically a hands on development role, however candidates from a development background would be desirable, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, dynamic company, whom are offering you the chance to develop and shape a department and progress your own career.
