Project Management Officer – Netherlands Project Management Officer for: •Drive and co-ordinate the implementation of regionally initiated projects within the EMEA region. •Co-ordinate the implementation of larger, more complex Group initiated projects within the EMEA region. •Ensure all Programme risks, issues and dependencies are identified reported and escalated as appropriate. •Establish, own and maintain appropriate Governance and Control frameworks for all Regional Project initiatives ensuring process compliance within the region. •Responsibility for managing relationships with stakeholders across Group S&F and the regions, including the development of a project stakeholder map and project relationship management framework. •Provide guidance and support to the Security and Fraud project community in terms of governance, standards, quality, tools and methodologies. •Ensure consistency of delivery of Group and regional initiatives in the Regional Security and Fraud teams and business representatives with Project/ Programme responsibilities. •Ensure all regional projects are adhering to established Frameworks and regional initiatives within the region. Project Management Officer would need to •Participate in the Change Leadership Framework of Group S&F to support the delivery of key organisational change. •Deliver projects in-line with and support the overall development of Change Leadership methodology within Group S&F. •Coaching and developing of project resource in terms of governance, standards, tools and techniques •Demonstrate strong leadership within the team and across Regional S&F by implementing ideas and inspiring and developing the Group S&F Project Community. •Develop and share best practice across the globe. Significant experience in change management and project management roles •Proven track record in planning and delivery of large scale change projects or programmes. •Experience of leading, coaching, and motivating people at a senior level. •Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior / executive level. •Broad Business awareness and strategic objectives •Green Belt/ Black Belt Expert training and/or certified desirable.
