ERP Functional Support – Procurement. To work as an Oracle eBusiness Suite functional support consultant covering primarily Procurement. The support consultant must have good business knowledge and able to communicate with customers within the business context of their issues. Candidates with strong procurement skills from other ERP packages i.e. SAP and Peoplesoft who are willing to cross train to Oracle eBusiness will also be considered. Training will be provided for strong candidates with procurement module skills in ERP. Knowledge of other modules is desirable i.e. HR, Payroll etc. The role will include: Providing procurement consultancy tasks as directed through advice, guidance, and appropriate practical activities. Analyse requirements and produce appropriate scope specifications in accordance with company standards. Maintain customer contact and communication channels at appropriate levels promoting at all times good working relationships with all contacts, reporting regularly on progress to Project Manager.
