Sharepoint /Web Support - Manchester £18K - £19K + Benefits Sharepoint/Web Support Analyst required to provide ongoing support to internal customers for the intranet and collaboration sites. The role involves: Manage the day to day running of SharePoint and intranet services Advise colleagues on the use and application of ICT and Knowledge Sharing tools Provide first level support for SharePoint and Intranet enquiries from Regional Collaboration Managers, Collaboration Site Owners and Intranet contacts Provide practical advice and assistance to develop, deliver and maintain regional intranets and virtual online communities produced in Microsoft SharePoint Apply good practice in knowledge sharing, communications and information management techniques to support SharePoint You will have commercial experience of 2 or more of the following: IT/Webskills/ Knowledge of application Experience in using online community technologies (Sharepoint) Good Management information skills Working knowledge of HTML authoring and basic image editing software, ie Photoshop, Paintshop, Dreamweaver/HTML package Managing and helping customers make best use of communications technologies Delivering online customer support services This is an excellent opportunity.
