Help Desk Technician - Birmingham - £16,500k My client is seeking a Help Desk Technician to be based in the customer response centre in Birmingham to provide Help Desk Support on machine operation from external customers. We are seeking a Technician who has previous hands on Fault finding experience of office/IT equipment. Candidates who do not have this experience need not apply. You will be responsible for call screening and fixing faults over the phone in the first instance. The successful candidate must have previous customer service experience within a call environment and have excellent keyboard and data input skills.
