IT Application Support c.£35K Haydock The Background This successful organisation is an international company with operations in the UK, Germany, the US and Singapore. They are one of the most respected suppliers of roofing and façade systems in the world and are now looking to hire an Application Support professional to join their team in Haydock. The Role The Application Support team is crucial when it comes to keeping this international operation running. Reporting directly to the IT Manager this role will see you supporting users across Europe, Asia and the USA. The role requires you to provide support predominantly around the ERP system Navision. You’ll also be expected to participate in IT project teams, working closely with your colleagues and delivering projects effectively and efficiently. You The demands of the role mean that you’ll definitely need a strong background supporting ERP systems, preferably Navision. You will also need to be confident working in project teams, with proven experience of collaborating with colleagues. You’ll need a consultative approach to your project work, an understanding of cross-regional teams and a knack for building and developing relationships. This role is a blend of the technical and personal, so requires you to be as comfortable with people as you are with technology.
