The successful candidate will be resopnsable for completeing the End to End supply chain business analysis work - with in the work for my client expansion into Russia. Essential functions Capturing and formalizing business requirements and definition of project scope Performing gap analysis of future requirements against existing business processes Definition of end to end processes for the Russia go direct project Definition of end to end Finance processes that relate to the Russia go direct project Documenting organizational charts Defining Roles and responsibilities for sales admin back office & finance resources JOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS: Must have demonstrable experience as a business analyst and contribution to successful IT project delivery. Excellent analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems using expertise, creativity and judgment. Solid understanding of process definition and documentation and re-engineering techniques, as well as good awareness of change management issues. Extensive knowledge and experience of Supply Chain processes including order management, inventory management, warehousing, distribution and reporting. Knowledge of the Finance functions involved in Supply Chain (invoicing, AR, AP, VAT, reporting). Demonstrable knowledge of Oracle ERP Inventory and Order Management modules. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with both internal and external customers. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment. Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team. Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff.
