Business Analyst, Government, 12 Months, London.

My government Agency have the following urgent requirement fro a Business Analyst. You will need to be security cleared.

Reporting to the Requirements Manager the successful candidate will need to understand business issues and be able to design and test solutions to be provided within the VBS. The successful candidate will also be required to develop strong proposals and ideas and to respond quickly and accurately to requests for urgent and complex information. They will need to have strong organisational skills and be able to plan and manage their own workload and contribute effectively to the team's overall work plans.

Development and maintenance of the VBS Business Requirements and scheme blueprint.
•Analysing and implementing business and IT requirements from a variety of sources.
•Business process design.
•User and end-to-end test scenario creation
•User acceptance testing
•Reviewing IT documentation to ensure delivery of business requirements.
•Providing an interface between the VBS programme, delivery partners and suppliers
•Documenting analysis deliverables in the required format
•Providing resolution of any issues relating to the solution design
•Planning activity and monitoring progress

The role involves the identification of business design, subsequent changes to the design and the management of changes through to implementation as well as business and user test documentation.

A Business and Systems Analyst with substantial experience in business and systems analysis and design, especially using structured method.

Candidates must have good experience handling changes, working with users and undertaking user acceptance and end to end business tests.

Experience in the use of common business and systems analysis methodologies and modelling tools.

Good communication skills, able to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately both verbally and in writing.
