The role we are seeking a recruitment Team Leader with true ambition and ability to succeed. You will be an experienced manager or a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step in your career. This is a challenging role and will require an ambitious and driven individual with the capability to recruit and manage a team of upto 10 trainee / recruitment consultants and deliver against quarterly and annual sales budgets. The role also offers an opportunity to work with other sales managers and Directors in driving sales forwards and shaping the future of the company. Permanent or contract recruiters in either engineering or IT sectors considered. The package includes both personal commission and a quarterly bonus with realistic earnings in excess of £100k per annumm. Company car, 22 days holiday rising to 25, share options and a wide range of monthly and quarterly incentive schemes.
