Helpdesk / Service Desktop Analyst ( TCP/IP, AD, Exchange, Active directory, Networking, WAN) Needed. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and reputable IT service provider as a Helpdesk Operator.
We are looking for a candidate with exposure of working within an IT helpdesk environment providing 1st and 2nd line technical support. Skill set required includes TCP/IP, OSI, WAN, Active Directory ( AD ) and Messaging.
Any experience with Service delivery methodology ITIL will be an advantage. Due to the nature of this position, candidates MUST have solid communication skills. For the successful candidate, we offer a competitive salary package.
