They are looking for a senior Web Applications ASP.NET developer with experience in B2B and B2C websites, experience in CMS integration and web services development. The candidate should be an expert in web development and its best practices as well as being always up to date for emerging technologies and techniques. Agency background is ideal but not necessary but emphasis must be put on the fact that we work in a fast pace and simultaneous projects environment. As well as being a technologist the successful candidate should also be eloquent, have good client facing skills and able to help write proposals, scoping documents and technical specifications. Finally we they are looking for someone to steer and mentor a small team of and very talented ASP.NET developers au fait with latest techniques and eager to learn more and draw from the experience of a lead developer. The successful candidate will work closely with and answer directly to me and in a tight knit development structure. Technically his or her specialism should be primarily .NET with excellent OOP skills and good if not excellent front end skills, we would also welcome other skills such as LAMP, Ruby on Rails and JSP.
