Systems Engineer Manager Basingstoke ££Negotiable Responsible for ensuring the following processes are developed and implemented in order to successfully deliver the Defence (secret project) system: Architecture Design Process; System Integration Process; Requirements Management Process; Configuration Management Process; Change Management Process; Security Process; Safety Process; Quality Process; Integrated, Test, Evaluation and Acceptance Process; Integrated Logistic Support Process; Training Process; Supplier / Vendor Reviews; Approval Procedure and Responsibilities. The role requires the individual to gain a high level of security clearance and specialised skills and experience within the sector and within the technical context of this high profile programme. You will be Degree Qualified Be a member of the International Committee of Systems Engineering (INCOSE) You will have extensive & solid experience in providing Systems Engineering management and expertise to Ministry of Defence Projects and detailed knowledge of the MOD Acquisition Management System. You should have detailed knowledge of ISO15288 and the application of Life Cycle processes and Systems Engineering disciplines to Defence Programmes including, but not limited to, Requirements Engineering, Test & Acceptance, Integrated Logistic Support, Safety and Platform Integration. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, writing and presentation skills and have proven experience in directly managing systems engineers to deliver the engineering elements of Defence Projects.
