Marketing Loyalty Executive – London £25 - £30k

The key objective of the Loyalty executive is to maintain, manage and help developing bonus and loyalty programs for company products while generating new marketing operation ideas and offer enhancements to existing operation.
Role includes: Supporting the CRM Operations Manager in the achievement of the set targets: •Assist in the planning and executions of promotions including the management of company's retention operations and the building of client relationships.
•Collaborate to the development of innovative marketing operations to reinforce upsell and cross sell revenue opportunities.
•Increase players' loyalty and maximize player lifetime value by identifying, recommending and conducting marketing project from A to Z in a timely manner.
•Identify and brief on project development.
•Review and analyze daily, monthly reports. •Work closely with the CS team and keep them informed on all promotions and project delivery
Your skills and qualifications will include: Educated to degree level in marketing or business. Previous experience of direct marketing/CRM having had responsibility for coordinating or executing projects.
Highly computer literate with an understanding of internet technology. Target and goal orientated individual with an ability to work under pressure. Ability to work in a team environment and on your own initiative. Good analytical and numerical skills. Knowledge of specific software such as Dreamweaver and Photoshop is compulsory. Knowledge of French would be an advantage.
