VOICE SUPPORT ENGINEER - CISCO / VoIP / NETWORKING - BANKING!

Large investment bank requires a VOICE SUPPORT ENGINEER for a 3 month contract (with possible extension) in the city of London

Candidates will be required to provide 2nd and 3rd line fault diagnoses of Cicso Call Manager, BT ITS dealer board systems, voice recording, voice mail and other voice products. Close working relationship with system vendors and support of the banks engineering standard.

Successful candidates would have delivered small to medium sized projects previously in a professional and timely manner. With strong hands on voice support experience, candidates will have experience working for financial institutions supporting trading floor and back office voice environments.

Solid technical experience and knowledge with a good understanding of voice technologies, accompanied with a strong customer focus and past experience in delivering quality support is vital for this role
