Dynamic asset management firm in the city currently require a contract SQL DBA with outstanding SQL server and Oracle capabilities to join them on an exciting 6 month rolling contract position.

Candidates will support the business critical applications, based on SQL server 2005 and Oracle 10g deployed on a 24/7 basis with both SQL server and Oracle being implemented on Windows 2003.

This role will see you provide support of the database environment and all SQL / Oracle support calls within the DBA team alongside supporting the Charles River order management system at DBA level – candidates with hands on Charles River experience will be looked upon favourably.

Skills needed:
•3-5 years MS SQL server experience including 20005,2000 and 7,
•Solid Oracle experience including 9i and 10g on windows
•DTS and SQL clustering experience
