IT Business Development Manager (Sales, Strategy) – Growing Software House who form part of a larger IT group, is currently seeking a forward-thinking Business Development Manager to lead the Sales & Marketing of an Innovative Web Company and Software solution, whilst also to assisting in the management of business operations.
Your role will involve generating new sustainable business in line with objectives to increase company/ product awareness of this Greenfield division, spearheading sales into existing customers and refining Service Level Agreements. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, devising/ implementing a CRM System, managing existing teams, also setting up a team of sales/business advisors.
A highly motivated and ‘zesty’ individual with first-class communication/ interpersonal skills, you will have a proven track record of developing business and implementing sales/ marketing strategies, ideally from an IT / Software environment. You will also have a strong knowledge of Account Management, Customer Services, along with a good knowledge of all-round business management skills.
This is a key appointment for the company as they require someone to lead from the font and really focus on the success of this new and exciting Web Software Solution. In return our client is offering a starting salary of £35,000 + benefits; however this will increase in line with company growth and success.
