Programme Manager

A Programme Manager with experience of managing the end to end delivery of Business Change and Technology based projects is required by this leading investment management company.

Candidates will need to demonstrate a good understanding of delivering under structured Project Management methodologies (Prince 2) as applied to the delivery of a wide range of medium to large scale business change projects, as well as previous experience in managing the relationships between Indian Offshore Service Providers and the actual Project Delivery teams based in the UK.

The Programme Manager will be working closely with the Architecture, Business Analysis and 3rd party teams to ensure delivery of agreed milestones are agreed and that these are tracked and reported in accordance with the delivery methodologies.

Candidates will ideally have experience of working within a financial services organisation and those candidates who can evidence substantial experience in managing teams of Project Managers and Business Analysts to work with the business to identify their change requirements and then work with technical delivery teams through to UAT testing and acceptance in to the business would have an advantage in securing this role.

As this role is highly business facing, candidates will need to demonstrate a decisive nature and excellent communication and influencing skills in order to secure this role.
