My Client has a fantastic opportunity for a Support Administrator/Project Support Coordinator based in Derry and is looking for someone who comes from a strong background in project/administration support. Who has experience of general administration, running EXCEL reports and who has good organisation skills. Day to day Responsibilities of this role will include;
System administration to add users etc to existing service desk customers
Managing and monitoring new project requests
Producing month end reports
Organising and facilitating team meetings,
Maintaining meeting records and actions.
Managing and monitoring team activities.
Reporting on progress, issues, risks, etc on a weekly basis.
Skills Required
General Admin Skills
Reporting skills - Use of Spreadsheet and EXCEL
Windows/Microsoft
Knowledge of IT and use of IT systems
Good time management skills
Good communication skills
Good attention to detail
