The role: The purpose of this role is to provide analytical support to all business areas. Your responsibilities will include the production of timely and accurate Management Information reports, continuous monitoring of collections strategies and handling of all upcoming issues. Also, working with the management team you will provide new ideas for improving MI and its use within the business. Therefore, you will need to have experience of developing and maintaining forecasting and performance models and well as managing data sources.

Essential skills/ qualities:

• Excellent knowledge of SAS, SPSS, Excel to develop strategies/ solve problems
• Experience in Collections and Recoveries, Credit Risk or Financial Forecasting
• Knowledge of Credit Scoring in a collections/ recoveries environment
